Removal
Remove the inner door trim.
Check whether the rod "1" and the locking/control elements are in the upper end position, i.e. in the "door open" position.
Move the locking ring "2" down, while holding the rod "1".
Press the rod out of the switch unit.
Disconnect the tube by pressing the wire clamp.
Disconnect the multi-pin plug.
Installation
Screw the locking element.
Put on the tube.
Connect and snap the pump control connector into place.
Insert the rod and move the locking ring upwards. The rod should not be under tension.
Attention: When installing the rods, both the locking part and the blocking/control elements must be in the upper position, i.e. in the "door open" position.
Check the functionality of the locking element.
Install interior door trim.
