3. On fuel injected models, remove the auxiliary air valve and cold start valve.

4. Unscrew the bolts and nut, remove the holder hanger from the intake and exhaust manifolds. Remove the gasket and washers from the exhaust manifold struts (photo).

5. Loosen the mounting bolts, using a socket wrench where necessary, and remove the intake manifold from the cylinder head. Remove the gasket (photo).
