Intake manifold (Audi A6 C4)

Removal

1. Remove the throttle body and intermediate flange.





2. Disconnect the water and vacuum hoses from the intake manifold





3. Remove the bolts and nut and remove the intake manifold heater element mounting bracket.







4. Remove the washer and disconnect the heating element connection connector.



5. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove them.



6. Remove the intake manifold.







7. Remove the gasket and sealing ring.



8. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the heating element if necessary.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
