Disconnect the wires from the digital idle stabilizer (TsSHH), located cha the top panel of the bulkhead, and connect them to each other.
With the idle speed adjusting screw, set the crankshaft speed within 750-850 rpm.
Stop engine.
Disconnect the wires of the TSHX.
Connect the wires of the CSHX.
Start the engine, while the engine idle speed should be within the specified limits. If not, replace the CSH.
To adjust the CO content in the exhaust gases:
- connect the gas analyzer according to the operating instructions;
- disconnect the wires from the CSHH and connect them to each other;
- start the engine and make sure that the crankshaft speed is within the specified limits;
- remove the plug of the mixture quality adjusting screw, put a socket wrench on the screw and achieve the CO content in the range of 1.0-2.0%.
After adjustment, connect the wires to the CSHX and the crankcase ventilation hose.
