Disconnect the wires from the digital idle speed control (DSC) located on the upper front panel and connect them to each other.
Use the idle speed adjusting screw to set the crankshaft speed within 750-850 rpm.
Stop the engine.
Disconnect the XXXX wires.
Connect the XXXX wires.
Start the engine, the engine idle speed should be within the specified limits. If not, replace the idle speed control valve.
To adjust the CO content in the exhaust gases:
- connect the gas analyzer according to the operating instructions;
- disconnect the wires from the central air control valve and connect them to each other;
- start the engine and make sure that the crankshaft speed is within the specified limits;
- remove the plug of the mixture quality adjustment screw, put a socket wrench on the screw and achieve a CO content within 1.0-2.0%.
After adjustment, connect the wires to the idle speed control valve and the engine crankcase ventilation hose.
