6.0. Valve mechanism:

6.0. Valve mechanism:
I - camshaft position adjuster mounting bolt. Tightening torque: 1st pass - 5 Nm; 2nd pass - turn 90°
2 - camshaft position regulator
3 - sealing gasket. To be replaced after each dismantling
4 - oil seal
5 - valve spring
6 - valve spring plate
7 - valve crackers
8 - hydraulic pusher
9 - rocker arm
10 - centering sleeve (2 pcs.)
11 - Double camshaft bearing cap
12 - camshaft bearing cover mounting bolt. To be replaced after each dismantling. Tightening torque: 1st pass - 5 Nm; 2nd pass - turn 90°
13 - oil separator
14 - oil separator mounting bolts. To be replaced after each dismantling. Tightening torque: 1st pass - 5 Nm; 2nd pass - turn 90°
15 - camshaft bearing cap
16 - intake camshaft
17 - exhaust camshaft
18 - intake camshaft rocker arm shaft
19 - rocker arm axle mounting bolt. Tightening torque - 10 Nm
20 - exhaust camshaft rocker arm axis
21 - sealing ring
22 - cylinder head

a - valve plate diameter: inlet valve - 26.8-27.0 mm; exhaust valve - 29.8-30.0 mm
b - valve stem diameter - 5.956-5.970 mm; exhaust valve - 5.936-5.950 mm
c - valve stem length - 96.39-96.59 mm; exhaust valve - 94.79-94.99 mm
α - valve plate chamfer angle - 45°
