Air Conditioner Control

Air conditioner is a combined device for heating and ventilation of the passenger compartment, providing maximum comfort at any time of the year.

The air conditioning control panel is located on the center console. The display on the left side of the panel shows the air temperature on the driver's side, and on the right - on the passenger side.

Temperature control is performed using the "+" and "-" buttons located under each display.

The following typical air conditioner setting is recommended.
  • 1. Turn on the ignition.
  • 2. Set the temperature to 22°C.
  • 3. Press the AUTO key.

This setting can be changed at your discretion depending on the situation.

Controls

All air conditioner modes are switched on by pressing keys/buttons, which are illuminated by LED lights.

AUTO - automatic air conditioner operation mode

The air temperature in the cabin and its distribution are regulated automatically and maintained at the set level. Fluctuations in the outside air temperature and heating of the air in the cabin by the sun's rays are also taken into account.

-/+ - choice of temperature in the cabin

The temperature in the cabin can be set within the range from 18°C to 29°C. When the switch is set to one of the extreme positions "LO" and "Hi", the temperature is not regulated, and the air conditioner operates in the maximum cooling or heating capacity mode.

Temperature display can be done in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Switching is done as follows:

Press and hold the key . Then click on the "+" below the left display.

- defrosting glass

- recirculation mode

The air supply from outside is blocked to prevent air contaminated by vehicle exhaust from entering the passenger compartment. The air conditioner should not operate in this mode for a long time to avoid fogging of the windows. If the windows fog up, immediately switch to the windshield blowing mode .

ECON - economy mode

To save fuel, you can turn off the air conditioner compressor, but this reduces the ability to maintain a comfortable microclimate in the cabin. If the cabin becomes too hot or the windows fog up, the compressor can be turned on again by pressing the ECON or AUTO button.

OFF - turns off the air conditioner

To turn on the air conditioner, press the AUTO button or one of the fan buttons, or press the OFF button again.
