The car's cruise control system allows you to maintain any set speed, starting from 40 km/h, so there is no need to constantly hold down the accelerator pedal, which is especially convenient on long trips.

The car's cruise control system allows you to maintain any set speed, starting from 40 km/h, so…

Warning! Cruise control cannot be used in high traffic conditions and unfavorable road conditions (for example, ice, gravel throw, etc.).

Warning! When driving at speeds over 40 km/h and with cruise control on, do not shift into neutral without depressing the clutch pedal, otherwise the engine speed may increase sharply, which may damage the engine.

To activate the cruise control, move switch A on the steering wheel headlight/turn signal switch to the EIN position. When the desired speed is reached, press and release button B (FIX).

The speed can be increased beyond the programmed value by pressing the accelerator pedal.

After releasing the pedal, the speed will be adjusted back to the previous value. However, this does not apply if the speed is exceeded by more than 10 km/h for more than 5 minutes. In this case, the speed must be reprogrammed.

The set speed can be reduced by pressing button B: each short press reduces the speed by 1.5 km/h; when you hold the button down, the speed decreases automatically; when you release it, the current speed is programmed.

When the button is released at a speed of less than 40 km/h, the data is reset.

In this case, after reaching a speed of more than 40 km/h, it is necessary to reprogram the speed by pressing button B.

The set speed can be increased by moving switch A to the AUFN position: each time it is briefly moved to this position, the speed is reduced by 1.5 km/h; when the switch is held in this position, the speed is reduced automatically; when released, the current speed is programmed.

Cruise control is temporarily deactivated by pressing the brake pedal and moving switch A to the AUS position. To completely deactivate, move and lock switch A to the AUS position or turn off the ignition.

To play after temporarily disabling a previously programmed speed, move switch A to the extreme left position, releasing the brake or clutch pedal.

If the speed was not programmed when the cruise control was temporarily disabled, set a new speed by following these steps:
  • Cars with petrol engine: Briefly move switch A to the extreme left position, then move it to the left again and hold it in this position until the desired speed is reached.
  • Diesel vehicles: Move switch A all the way to the left and hold it in this position until the desired speed is reached. Releasing the switch will program the speed.
