1. Sealing cuff of the left shaft with flange: between the main gear and the gearbox housing.
2. Adjusting washer: Behind the outer ring of the tapered roller bearing.
3. Outer ring of tapered roller bearing.
4. Screw: 11 pieces.
5. Sealing cuff of the right axle shaft with flange.
6. Right axle shaft with flange.
7. Retaining ring: replace.
8. Oil filler plug: replace, 35 Nm.
9. Front main gear cover: pay attention to the presence of centering bushings.
10. Adjusting washer: Behind the outer ring of the tapered roller bearing.
11. Outer ring of tapered roller bearing.
12. Sealing ring of the front main gear cover.
13. Differential.
14. KP.
15. Expansion pin.
16. Shift shaft lever.
17. Shift shaft seal.
18. Left axle shaft with flange.
19. Screw: 10 Nm + 45°.
20. Support body: fastening together with the bracket using a stopper on the left shaft with a flange; marked together with the left shaft support bracket with flange.
21. Bearings: for left shaft with flange.
22. Left shaft bearing guard with flange.
23. Cuff (shaft seal) torque converter.
24. Torque converter.
Front axle main gear cover - torque and tightening sequence
1. Tighten bolts "1" and "2" to 3 Nm.
2. Tighten the bolts in sequence. "1...11" with a torque of 23 Nm.
