Adaptive cruise control (ACC)
1. Nut.
2. Bolt: 8 Nm.
3. Threaded bushing: pressed into the side member.
4. Holder.
5. Mounting pin: Please observe the adjustment size during installation.
6. Automatic distance control sensor. "G550".
7. Automatic distance control sensor cover "G550".
8. Plug: To release the lock, press both "arrow" clamps together.
Removal and installation the automatic distance control sensor "G550"
The automatic distance control sensor "G550" is located behind the right air vent grille in the front bumper. Unlock bracket "1" and remove air duct grille "2".

Turn fasteners "2" to the left approx. 45° and remove. Unlock and remove connector "3". Remove the "G550" automatic distance control sensor "1" forward through the bumper cover.

Unscrew bolts "1" and remove bracket "2".

Installation
Installation in reverse order. The mounting pins in the holder are pre-adjusted. If necessary, adjust the setting. Place the sensor on a soft, clean surface. Measure the dimension "a" from all the studs. Dimension "a" should be 43 mm. Insert the bracket and tighten the bolts.

Insert the automatic distance control sensor "G550", carefully push the nuts onto the studs in the automatic distance control sensor "G550" by hand and lock. Install the air intake grille. Perform ACC adjustment.
