Rear door trim

1. Active and passive reflector.
2. Rear trim. doors.
3. Decorative strip: for door trim.
4. Clamp: for decorative trim; 3 pcs.
5. Bolt: for armrest: 5 pcs.; 1.2 Nm.
6. Clamp: 6 pcs.
7. Bolt: for door trim; 2.5 Nm.
8. Bolt: door closing handles; 2 pcs.; 1.2 Nm.
9. Bolt: for the inner door opening handle mechanism: 6 pcs.; 1.2 Nm.
10. Internal door opening handle mechanism.
11. Covering glass frames.
12. Interior lock button, rear: driver's side: Interior lock button, rear left "E310"; side of the lane. passenger: internal locking button, rear right "E311".
13. High-frequency speaker cover.
14. Bolt: for door trim; 2.5 Nm.
15. Speaker cover: for midrange speaker.
16. Rear window lift button. doors: driver's side: rear window switch. left door "E52"; side of the lane. passenger: rear window switch. right door "E54".
17. Bolt: for door trim; 2.5 Nm.
18. Door handle.
19/22. Bolt: for door trim; 2.5 Nm.
20. Overlay: for armrest.

Removal and installation rear trim. doors

Turn off the ignition. Remove the decorative trim. Remove the armrest cover. Unscrew bolts "1...5".

Separate the door trim with the "3392" dismantling pliers from the back bottom along the entire perimeter, starting from the door. To do this, place the pliers next to the fastening clamps between the door trim and the door.

Position the mounting clamps "arrows." Remove the door trim panel from the window groove at the top of the door by pulling the trim panel upward.

Carefully disconnect the clamp "3" from the cable support "1". Remove the cable "2" of the inner door drive in the direction of the arrow from the cable support. Disconnect the end of the rod "4" on the inner door opening handle mechanism. Option with tweeter: Disconnect the tweeter plug connection.

Disconnect the door control unit plug connection "1"; to do this, pull out the retainer "2" "arrow" and press the release button "3". Remove the door trim.

Installation

Insert the end of the rod "4" into the lever of the internal door opening mechanism. The open side of the eye at the end of the rod should face downwards. Pull cable "2" of the inner door drive "in the direction of the arrow" and insert it into cable support "1". Clip "3" should snap into the cable support with an audible click. Connect the plug connection to the door control unit. Place the door trim at the window groove and press downwards. Carefully install the fasteners and press the door trim at the attachment points to the door until it clicks into place.
