ATF lines, ATF radiator and ATF replacement filter I 1. Oil pipes: replace after removal; before inserting, lubricate the sealing rings with ATF oil; 2. Sealing ring: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting; 3. ATF oil return line: Mark for installation to ATF lines; 4. Bolt: First insert by hand until the ATF line stops with new sealing rings; the ATF line mounting plate must fit snugly against the threaded hole in the gearbox The upper ATF line mount must fit snugly against the lower mount; 20 Nm; 5. Sealing ring: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting; 6. Bolt: 10 Nm; 7. Filter housing; 8. Replacement ATF filter: Before inserting, lubricate the O-rings on the filter with ATF oil; 9. Sealing ring: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting; 10. ATF replacement filter cover: 8 Nm; 11/13. Bolt: 9 Nm; 12. ATF oil supply line: Mark for installation to ATF lines; 14. Union nut; first, insert the ATF line with a new sealing ring by hand until it stops; 29 Nm; 15. Bolts: installed depending on the design;40 Nm; 16. KP; 17. Holder: installed depending on the design; 18. Sealing ring: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting; 19. Bolts: 5 Nm; 20. ATF lines - return line: First, insert the ATF line with a new sealing ring by hand until it stops; 21/22. O-ring: replace; lubricate with ATF before inserting; 23. ATF lines. Straight line: First, insert the ATF line with the new sealing ring by hand until it stops; 24. ATF radiator: built into the coolant radiator
