Secure the balancer shaft using the locking device -T10255-; if necessary, rotate the shaft. The pin of the locking device must fit into the groove of the balancer shaft. If there are no installation sleeves on the cylinder block for centering the balancer shaft module, insert the installation sleeves. Place the balancer shaft module on the cylinder block. When the balance shaft is fixed, the intermediate gear must engage with the gear on the crankshaft. The idler gear should have easily noticeable rotation play. Tighten the balance shaft module bolts.
