Remove the retaining ring "1" using retaining ring pliers. Remove the drive shaft "2" using the electromagnet "arrow" from the oil pump. Unscrew the bolts "3,4,5" and remove the oil pump. It is prohibited to loosen the intermediate gear bolt.
Installation
Installation in reverse order, note the following. Replace the O-ring. Replace the damaged or stretched retaining ring. The retaining ring must fit at the base of the groove. If there are no centering bushings "arrows" in the oil pump, install them.
If the balance shaft module does not have installation bushings for centering the oil pump, insert the installation bushings. Install the oil pan.
