Lower and upper parts of the oil pan, oil pump, engine oil radiator. I 1. Nut. 9 Nm; 2. Oil level and temperature sensor "G266"; 3. Sealing cuff. Replace; 4. Oil pan; 5/15/17/22. Bolt. 9 Nm; 6. Lower oil separator; 7. Bolt; 8. Upper part of the oil pan; 9. Mounting sleeve. 2 pcs.; 10. Sealing ring. Insert into support frame. Replace; 11. Bolt. Insert with thread varnish. 9 Nm; 12. Upper oil separator; 13. Gasket. Insert into support frame. Replace; 14. Gasket. Replace; 16. Oil radiator with oil radiator bypass valve; 18. Oil pump drive shaft; 19. Pressure spring; 20. Bushing, 2 pcs.; 21. Support bracket; 23. Oil pump sprocket. Can only be installed on the drive shaft in one position; 24. Bolt. Replace. 30 N·m + 90° rotation. For loosening, hold the sprocket with the "3212" trunnion key; 25/27. Sealing ring. Replace; 26. Gasket. Replace; 28. Oil pump. Do not disassemble; 29. Bolt. 20 Nm; 30. Bolt. Replace; 31. Sealing cuff. Replace; 32. Oil drain plug, 30 Nm
Lower Oil Pan Bolt Tightening Sequence and Torque
Replace the lower oil pan bolts "1". Tighten the bolts in a crisscross pattern in 2 stages as follows:
- 1. Pre-tighten to 5 Nm.
- 2. Turn it to 90 degrees.
Upper Oil Pan Bolt Tightening Sequence and Torque
Tighten bolts "1...6" of the upper part of the oil pan crosswise in 2 stages as follows:
- 1. Pre-tighten to 5 Nm.
- 2. Tighten to 16 Nm.
Oil filter housing, oil pressure sensor 1. Bolt 13 Nm; 2. Oil pressure sensor "F22", switching pressure 2.5...3.2 bar, gray insulation. 20 Nm; 3. Sealing cuff. Replace; 4. Flange nut. 13 Nm; 5. Bolt. 9 Nm; 6. Bushing; 7. Rubber tip; 8. Oil filter housing with filter bypass valve, with oil filter holder. Oil check valve is not changed; 9. Sealing ring. Replace. Insert; 10. Cover. 25 Nm; 11. Sealing cuff. Replace; 12. Oil filter element; 13. Bolt. 16 Nm; 14. Gasket. Replace
Replace the sealing ring on the cover
Remove the sealing ring "2" of the removal tab "arrow A" from the locking cover "1". Insert the new sealing ring with the semicircular profile into the groove "arrow B" on the locking cover. The removal loop "arrow A" should be directed upwards.
Insert the O-ring into the oil filter housing: Insert the O-ring "2" into the groove "arrow" of the oil filter housing "1".
Oil pressure sensor for low pressure "F378"
1. Oil pressure sensor for reduced pressure "F378". Switching pressure 0.75...1.05 bar. Grey insulation. 20 Nm.
