Removal



The actuator motor can be removed from the headlight installed on the vehicle. On the right side of the vehicle, the air intake must be removed (see fig. 14.1)

Release the two wire clips and remove the cover from the back of the headlight.

Right headlight.Turn the corrector actuator motor 1 (fig. 14.49) clockwise and release it from the lock.

Left headlight. Turn the corrector actuator motor 1 (fig. 14.49) counterclockwise and release it from the lock.

Remove the headlight corrector actuator motor, while removing the spherical head of the corrector pusher from the clamp on the headlight reflector, moving it toward the center of the car.

Disconnect electrical connector 2 (fig. 14.49) from the headlight corrector actuator motor.

Installation



Install the headlight corrector actuator motor, inserting the spherical head of the corrector pusher into the clamp, moving it away from the center of the car.

Turn in the direction opposite to removal and secure the headlight range control actuator motor.

Place the cover on the headlight and secure it with wire clips.



Check and, if necessary, adjust the headlights.
