Removal
Remove the headlight.
Remove the headlight range adjustment plug.
Remove the adjustment motor from the holder. To do this, turn the motor on the right headlight to the left, and turn the left motor to the right.
AUDI 90/Coupe: remove the motor from the mount using force.
AUDI 80: lift the engine, insert a thin screwdriver into the hole and press the lock in the direction of the drive shaft, while pulling the engine back.
Installation
Lift the cover retaining clip on the headlight and remove the cover from behind the headlight.
Insert the motor into the retainer. The reflector should be held in place.
Caution: Do not touch the inside of the reflector.
Turn the installation motor back to its original position.
Press and close the lid.
Install the headlight.
Connect the plug.
