When adjusting the headlights, the fog lights are also adjusted headlights.

To adjust the headlights, screws are used, which can be accessed through the holes in the upper part of the headlight (Fig. 18–37).
The outer screw is designed to adjust the headlights in the vertical plane, the inner screw is designed to adjust them in the horizontal plane.
When adjusting the headlights, the following conditions must be met:
- tire pressure is normal;
- the car in running order: with a full fuel tank, a set of tools and a spare wheel;
- the car is installed on a flat horizontal surface;
- before adjusting, it is necessary to rock the car body so that all suspension elements fall into place;
- headlight range control is set to position 0;
- only the low beam headlights are adjustable.
