2.0. Gas distribution mechanism drive:
1 - leading gear of the gas distribution mechanism on the crankshaft
2 - timing belt tensioner
3 - tensioner mounting bolt. Tightening torque - 10 Nm
4 - bolt. Tightening torque - 42 Nm
5 - timing belt tensioner lever
6 - central bolt for fastening the tension roller. Tightening torque - 42 Nm
7 - tensioner lever washer
8 - tension roller
9 - central bolt for fastening the inlet camshaft gear on the right cylinder head. Tightening torque - 75 Nm
10 - intake camshaft gear on the right cylinder head
11-toothed timing belt of the gas distribution mechanism
12 - water pump mounting bolt. Tightening torque - 10 Nm
13 - water pump
14 - timing gear rear cover mounting bolt. Tightening torque - 10 Nm
15 - right side of the rear cover of the timing mechanism drive
16 - middle part of the rear cover of the timing drive
17 - left part of the rear cover of the timing mechanism drive
18 - water pump sealing gasket
19 - intake camshaft gear on the left cylinder head
20 - tension roller washer
21 - central bolt for fastening the inlet camshaft gear on the left cylinder head. Tightening torque -75 Nm
22 - guide roller
23 - lower part of the protective cover of the timing mechanism drive
24 - bolt for fastening the lower part of the protective cover of the timing gear drive. Tightening torque - 10 Nm
25 - guide roller mounting bolt. Tightening torque - 45 Nm
26 - spacer sleeve
27 - central bolt securing the drive gear of the camshaft to the crankshaft. Tightening torque: 1st pass - tighten the bolt with a force of 200 Nm; 2nd pass - turn the bolt 180°
