4.0. Cylinder head:
1 - cylinder head
2 - cylinder head cover gasket
3 - cylinder head mounting bolt. Bolts must be replaced after each dismantling
4 - cylinder head cover
5 - oil filler neck seal
6 - oil filler cap sealing ring
7 - oil filler cap
8 - high pressure fuel lines of fuel injectors
9 - return fuel line
10 - return fuel line sealing ring
11 - hollow bolt for fastening the return fuel line. Tightening torque - 5 Nm
12 - intake manifold
13 - intake manifold mounting bolt. Tightening torque - 10 Nm. Tightening is performed in several passes in a crosswise order
14 - intake manifold sealing gasket. The gasket must be replaced after each dismantling
15 - centering sleeve (2 pcs.)
16 - Cylinder head cover fastening nut. Tightening torque -10 Nm
17 - vacuum pump heat shield
18 - vacuum pump mounting bolt. Tightening torque - 10 Nm
19 - vacuum pump
20 - vacuum pump sealing rings. To be replaced after each dismantling
21 - cylinder head gasket
