Removal



1. Raise and support the front of the vehicle.

2. Loosen the power steering pump retaining and mounting bolts.

3. Loosen the pump pivot bolt and turn the adjusting nut counterclockwise to loosen the belt tension.

4. Remove the belt.

Installation and adjustment



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

1. Tighten the belt by moving the pump to the left.

2. Adjust the belt tension by turning the adjusting nut clockwise. When pressed with your finger, the new belt should deflect by 5.0 mm, the used one by 2.0 mm.

Removal

3. Remove the cover from the tensioner pulley.

3. Remove the cover from the tensioner pulley.


4. Turn the tensioner pulley bolt clockwise and remove the belt.

Installation and adjustment



1. Put on the belt.

2. Turn the tensioner pulley counterclockwise to tighten the belt.
