Front crankshaft oil seal



Replacement



1. Remove the crankshaft sprocket.

1. Remove the crankshaft sprocket.


2. Drill two holes in the seal, screw in the screws and remove the seal.

3. Clean the seal groove, lubricate the new seal with oil and install it in place.

Front crankshaft oil seal housing



Replacing the gasket



1. Remove the crankshaft sprocket and oil pan.

2. Unscrew the bolts and remove the oil seal housing.

2. Unscrew the bolts and remove the oil seal housing.


3. Remove the old casing gasket, remove the oil seal if necessary.

4. Install a new casing gasket.

5. Install the oil seal housing in place and tighten the bolts.

Rear oil seal and rear oil seal housing



Replacement



1. Remove the gearbox.

2. Remove the flywheel.

3. Remove the intermediate plate.

4. Remove the oil pan.

5. Unscrew the bolts and remove the rear oil seal housing.

6. Unscrew the bolts and remove the oil seal housing.

6. Unscrew the bolts and remove the oil seal housing.


7. Remove the old and install a new housing gasket.

8. Rear oil seals usually come with a protective plastic cap.

9. Lubricate the new seal with oil and install it together with the housing.

10. Tighten the casing bolts.
