Camshaft oil seal (Audi A6 C4)

Replacement

1. Remove the intermediate and camshaft sprockets.

2. Remove the camshaft cover.

3. Remove the first camshaft bearing cap and remove the old seal.



4. Lubricate the new seal with oil and install it in place. Install the bearing cover and tighten the bolts.

5. Install the remaining parts.
