Loosen the bolt -1- of the hub, holding it with support -T10051-. Loosen the bolt about 2 turns.
Attach puller -T10052- to hub and screw in bolts. Remove hub from camshaft, hold puller's hexagon with a spanner 30 and screw in bolt -2-.
Position inner part of puller -3240- flush with outer part and secure with knurled screw. Lubricate the threaded head of the puller, install and, pressing firmly, screw it as far as possible into the camshaft collar. Loosen the knurled bolt and rotate the inside of the puller against the camshaft until the collar is removed. Clamp the flat spots of the puller in a vise. Remove cuff with pliers. Clean work and seating surfaces. It is impossible - to additionally lubricate the working edge of the cuff.
Remove oil residue from the camshaft journal with a clean rag. Seal the groove on the camshaft cone with adhesive tape. Carefully fit the collar onto the camshaft. Press in the seal to the stop using the bushing from the installation tool 10-203- and the M12xb5 bolt.
Push the hub onto the camshaft. Tighten bolt -1-, holding it with support -T10051-. Install the camshaft gear onto the hub. The toothed segment -arrow- on the camshaft sprocket must point upwards.
Do not fully screw in bolts -1-. Secure camshaft hub with locking pin -3359-. Install toothed belt (adjust valve timing). Tightening torque: Hub to camshaft: 100 Nm.
