Loosen bolt "1" of the hub, holding it with the support "T10051". Unscrew the bolt by about 2 turns.
Place the puller "T10052" on the hub and screw in the bolts. Remove the hub from the camshaft, holding the puller's hexagon with a 30 key and screwing in bolt "2".
Install the inner part of the puller "3240" flush with the outer part and secure with a knurled bolt. Lubricate the threaded head of the puller, install and, pressing hard, screw it as deep as possible into the camshaft cuff. Unscrew the knurled bolt and turn the inner part of the puller relative to the camshaft until the cuff is removed. Clamp the flat areas of the puller in a vice. Remove the cuff with pliers. Clean the working and seating surfaces. Do not - additionally lubricate the working edge of the cuff.
Remove any remaining oil from the camshaft journal with a clean rag. Seal the groove on the camshaft cone with adhesive tape. Carefully place the cuff on the camshaft. Press the cuff in until it stops using the bushing from the 10 "203" installation tool and the M12x65 bolt.
Place the hub on the camshaft. Tighten bolt "1", holding it with support "T10051". Install the camshaft gear on the hub. The toothed segment "arrow" on the camshaft toothed belt gear should be facing upwards.
Do not screw in bolts "1" completely. Secure the camshaft hub with locking pin "3359". Install the timing belt (adjust valve timing). Tightening torque: Hub to camshaft: 100 Nm.
