Exhaust gas temperature sensor
1. Turbocharger.
2. Lambda probe "G39" with lambda probe heating element "Z19".
3. Exhaust gas temperature sensor 3 "G495": the thread of the exhaust gas temperature sensor has a coating, therefore it is prohibited to apply additional coating to it. a layer of heat-resistant paste; 60 Nm.
4. Exhaust gas pressure sensor 1 "G450": pressure lines to the diesel particulate filter 45 Nm; lubricate the threads with heat-resistant paste.
5. Exhaust gas temperature sensor 4 "G648": the thread of the exhaust gas temperature sensor has a coating, therefore it is prohibited to apply additional coating to it. a layer of heat-resistant paste; 60 Nm.
6. Diesel particulate filter.
7. Exhaust gas temperature sensor 1 "G235": lubricate the threads with heat-resistant paste; 45 Nm.
Removal and installation the exhaust gas temperature sensor 1 "G235"
Remove the air casing. filter.
Disconnect plug connection "3" of differential pressure sensor "G505". Unscrew bolt "2" and release hoses "1" from the holder. Place the differential pressure sensor "G505" back. Remove the front right wheel.
Remove cover "1" of the propeller shaft in the wheel arch on the right. Remove the exhaust pipe.
Unscrew bolt "2" on the diesel particulate filter suspension. "Pos. 1" should not be taken into account.
Unscrew the exhaust gas temperature sensor 4 "G648" "pos. 1".
Disconnect and release plug connection "4". Remove lambda probe 1.
Unscrew the "arrow" nuts and put the particulate filter back.
Disconnect plug connection "3" of exhaust gas temperature sensor 1 "G235" and remove it from the lower latches. "Pos. 1, 2" do not take into account.
Unscrew the exhaust gas temperature sensor 1 "G235" "pos. 1" and remove the "arrow" wire from the latches.
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Install the differential pressure sensor "G505". Install the diesel particulate filter. Install the air casing. filter.
