16.1. Front passenger front airbag installation details 1. Airbag module; 2. Support; 3. Nuts, 4 pcs., 9 Nm; 4. Bolts, 4 pcs., 9 Nm; 5. Connector; 6. Frame of module 1.
2. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
3. Remove the main storage compartment (see Chapter 11).
4. Disconnect the connector (5 in illustration 16.1), remove the reinforcement under the airbag, loosen the nuts (3) and remove the airbag.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of dismantling the components.
