Calculation of the deviation of the direction of movement

1. If the convergence values have the same signs (+/+ or -/-), subtract the smaller one from the larger one and divide by two.

Example:
Left rear wheel toe-in value +15'
Right rear wheel toe-in value +5'
15'-5'=10'
10':2=5'
Deviation from the direction of movement = 5'

2. Add values with opposite signs (+/-) and divide by two.

Example:
Left rear wheel toe-in value +15'
Right rear wheel toe-in value +5'
15'+5'=20'
20':2=10'
Deviation from the direction of movement = 10'

This is the actual deviation of the longitudinal axis of the vehicle from the direction of its movement.
