Remove the steering wheel cover.
Disconnect the plug connector (or connectors) sound signal.
After unscrewing the mounting nut, remove the steering wheel.
Remove the instrument panel visor by unscrewing the lower mounting screw (see photo).
Disconnect the instrument cluster connector.
Disconnect the speedometer drive flexible shaft from the instrument cluster.
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the economizer.
Remove the switch.
Loosen the mounting screws (shown by arrows in the photo), disconnect the drives and remove the instrument cluster.
The instrument cluster is installed in the reverse order of removal.
