Removal and installation the electric motor
Windshield wiper parts: 1 - windshield wiper motor; 2 - axle with wiper arm bushing; 3, 4 - drive rods; 5 - lever axis; 6 - crank; 7 - mounting bracket; 8 - spacer sleeve; 9 - cap; 10 - brush lever; 11 - brush; 12 - cleaning element.
Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
Remove both wiper arms.
Loosen the wiper arm axle nuts.
Loosen the windshield wiper mechanism bracket mounting bolts.
Remove the windshield wiper mechanism bracket with the electric motor.
Remove the electric motor from the windshield wiper mechanism bracket.
The windshield wiper motor is installed in the reverse order of removal. The wiper arms are installed so that the left wiper is 36 mm (dimension "a") away from the windshield seal, and the right wiper is 63 mm (dimension "b") (see photo).
