Fill the gearbox with ATF oil
Caution! Risk of damage to the gearbox. For the 0B6 automatic transmission, only the original ATF oil supplied as a spare part may be used. Using other oils will result in malfunction and, accordingly, in gearbox failure. The ATF filling device must be clean and ATF must not be mixed with other oils!
Fill the tank of the ATF oil refueling device with ATF oil for automatic transmission 0V6. Attach the tank of the ATF oil filling system as high as possible in the vehicle. Unscrew the oil level control bolt ATF "arrow B". Install the filling tip of the ATF oil filling device from the bottom into the opening of the protective cap "arrow", avoiding pushing the cap up. Top up the ATF oil using the ATF oil refueling device until it flows out of the control port. Move the selector lever to the "P" position. Start the engine and turn it off again after 20 seconds. Top up the ATF oil again using the ATF oil refueling device until it flows out of the control port. Start the engine. Top up the ATF oil again with the ATF oil filling device until it flows out of the control hole again. Tighten the threaded ATF oil level monitoring plug. With the brake pedal pressed and idling, move the automatic transmission selector to all positions ("P", "R", "N", "D", "S"), each position must be engaged for at least 0 seconds. Shift the selector to position "N". Increase the engine speed to 2000 rpm and wait at least 60 seconds. Shift the selector lever to position "P". Check and adjust the ATF oil level. Be sure to follow all instructions and conditions for "checking the ATF oil level". Install sound insulation at the rear.
