Removal used trailer recognition "J345"
When replacing a used item, select the "Replace" function of the corresponding used item in the "Guided Fault Finding" or "Guided Functions" mode. Select the function or path: Vehicle brand - Engine code - 69 Trailer function J345 - 69 Replace used item (rem. gr. 96). Follow further instructions on the display of the diagnostic tester. Switch off the ignition. Open the right side trim of the luggage compartment. Unlock the fastening brackets "arrows". Remove the trailer recognition system control unit "J345" "pos. 4" from the retainers. Disconnect the electrical plug connections "1,2,3".

Installation in reverse order: follow the further instructions on the tester display for the new trailer recognition control unit "J345".
