Washer reservoir, washer hose, nozzle 1. Bumper; 2. Water hose for the nozzle on the right. Secured with a binder to the bumper; 3. Right nozzle; 4. Right mount for injector and headlight; 5. Removal the headlight cleaning system nozzles
Switch off the ignition. Remove the corresponding front wheel arch liner. Place a collecting container under the injector. Remove the hose "4" by pulling out the locking bracket "5". Release the spring latches "2" and "3" on the injector upwards and simultaneously pull the injector "1" back out of the mount.
Installation
Installation in reverse order: spring clips "2" and "3" of injector "1" must be firmly fixed. Install the front fender liner.
Setting up injectors
The headlight washer nozzles are already adjusted at the factory and do not require adjustment after installation.
Removal the windshield washer reservoir
The common reservoir for the windshield washer and headlight cleaner is located at the rear in the left front wheel arch.
Removal the headlight washer pump "V11"
Switch off ignition. Remove windscreen washer reservoir, but only remove it far enough to make headlight washer pump "V11" "pos. 2" accessible. Place a receiving container under the washer reservoir. Disconnect electrical plug connection "1". Remove washer hose "3" from headlight washer pump.
Remove the headlight washer pump upwards from the windshield washer reservoir.
Installation
Installation in reverse order: secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the appropriate series. Check the sealing bushing for damage. Installing the windshield washer reservoir.
