Use new bolts. Always replace axles on both wheels. Do not loosen bolts (4 pcs.) securing brake shoes to brake bracket. Raise vehicle. Remove wheels. Remove front brake pads. Do not hang brake caliper from brake hose, but secure to body with suitable cable tie or wire. Do not place weight of brake caliper on brake hose. Unscrew bolts "3" on front brake bracket.

Do not unscrew bolts "6 and 9" under any circumstances. Remove the front brake bracket. Unscrew the fixing bolt "arrow" from the brake caliper, while holding the brake disc from turning. Remove the brake disc. When removing the brake disc from the wheel hub, do not tilt the brake disc.

Installation



Use new bolts. Clean the brake disc, wheel hub and mounting surfaces before installation. Place the brake disc on the wheel hub. When placing the brake disc on the wheel hub, do not tilt the brake disc. Screw in the locking bolt "arrow" and tighten it. Install the front brake bracket. Do not tilt the brake caliper during installation. Screw bolts "3" into the front brake bracket to the specified torque and tighten the bolts. Install the front brake pads. After each replacement of the brake pads, press the brake pedal hard several times. This is necessary so that the brake pads take their working position. Install the wheels.
