Rear wheel brake mechanism with C43 caliper (Audi A6 C5)

7.0. Rear wheel brake mechanism with C43 caliper:
1 - caliper mounting bolts. Tightening torque 35 Nm. The bolts are self-locking, so they must be replaced each time they are dismantled. When unscrewing and tightening the bolt, the guide pin should be held from turning with a wrench
2 - support
3 - brake pads. It is imperative to change all four pads at the same time
4 - pad holders. To be replaced when installing new pads
5 - brake disc. Apply grease G052142A2 to the contact surfaces of the disc and hub
6 - Allen key head bolts for fastening the brake shoe guide. The tightening torque depends on the bolt size. Bolts M10x60 and M10x1.25x50 are tightened with a force of 70 Nm + an additional 90° turn. Bolts M10x1.0x20 are tightened with a force of 95 Nm
7 - brake shoe guide with guide pins and their caps. Comes complete with grease for guide pins. If the protective caps of the pins are damaged, a new guide from the repair kit should be installed and the pins should be lubricated
8 - hollow bolt for fastening the brake hose. Tightening torque 40 Nm
9 - brake hose
10 - brake hose sealing gaskets
