Removal
1. Remove the front wheels.
2. Place a support under the rear of the engine or use a lift for this purpose.
3. Loosen the mounting nuts and remove the bolts securing the control arms to the suspension struts.
4. Unscrew the nuts securing the gearbox to the crossmember.
5. Remove all wires and hoses from the crossmember.
6. Check that nothing interferes with the removal of the crossbar.
7. Place a jack under the crossmember. Unscrew the four mounting bolts and remove the crossmember.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
