Removal
1. Remove the anti-roll bar.
2. Remove the corresponding front wheel.
3. Unscrew the nut and remove the bolt securing the arm to the suspension strut.
4. Loosen and remove the inner lever mounting bolt.
5. Remove the lever from the vehicle.
Repair
1. Clean the control arm and inspect it for cracks, deformation or damage. If the arm or ball joint is damaged, the arm must be replaced.
2. To replace the inner mount bushing, use a hydraulic press and a set of washers. When replacing the mount bushing, install the new bushing so that a = 4.5±0.8 mm.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten the mounting nuts to the specified torque. Check that the washer is installed correctly (indicated by the arrow) inner mounting bolt and tighten the mounting bolt to the specified torque.
