Gas pedal
1. Accelerator pedal unit: Accelerator pedal position sensor "G79" and accelerator pedal position sensor 2 "G185"; after replacement, adapt the kick-down switch in the "Guided functions" mode. 2. Pedal support. 3. Bolt: 8 Nm. 4. Electrical connector.
Removal
Remove the lower instrument panel trim on the driver's side. Disconnect the plug connector "2" by pressing the retainer "1" upwards "arrow". Unscrew the bolt "3" and remove the accelerator pedal module downwards.
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Install the gas pedal module "4" from below onto the pedal support "1", insert the centering pin "2" and tighten the bolt "3". Install the lower instrument panel trim on the driver's side.
After replacement, adapt the Kick-down mode switch in the "Guided functions" mode.
