Oil radiator, coolant shut-off valve
1. Mounting plate gaskets.
2. Oil radiator mounting plate.
3. Bolt: 9 Nm.
4. Oil radiator gasket; replace.
5. Bolt: 9 Nm.
6. Oil cooler: follow instructions.
7. Coolant supply shut-off valve.
8. Bolt.
9. Shut-off valve gasket; replace.
Oil radiator thermostat
1. Oil radiator thermostat cover. 2. Bolt: replace. 3. Sealing ring: replace. 4. Oil radiator thermostat. 5. Sealing flange: belt pulley side.
Removal
Remove the poly V-belt. Unscrew the "arrow" bolts of the poly V-belt pulley of the coolant pump, using a 2-hole "3212" wrench as a support.
Unscrew the bolt "arrow" of cover "1".
To remove cover "2", screw the M6 bolt "pos. 1" into the thread on the cover and pull the cover out using the bolt. Remove the oil radiator temperature regulator "4".
Install
Installation in reverse order. Replace the seal. ring "3". Install the poly V-belt pulley of the coolant pump. Install the poly V-belt.
