Water pump
1. Bolt: tighten in a crosswise pattern in stages; 9 Nm.
2. Belt drive pulley for water pump; installation position: the inscription "vorne" (front) points in the direction of travel
3. Bolt: 23 Nm.
4. Water pump: if the seal is damaged, replace the coolant pump.
Coolant supply pipes
1. Bolt: 9 Nm.
2. Check valve: depending on the configuration with coolant hose pipes.
3. Sealing ring: replace.
4. Bolt: 9 Nm.
5. Coolant supply pipe, front.
6. Bolt: 9 Nm.
7/8. O-ring: replace.
9. Upper coolant supply pipe.
10/11. Bolt: 9 Nm.
12. Sealing rings: replace.
13. Hollow screw: 12 Nm.
14. System tubes. cooling: cylinder head, row 2 (left).
15. Bolt: 9 Nm.
16. Hollow screw: 12 Nm.
17. Sealing rings; replace.
18. Left rear coolant tube: only for vehicles with multitronic 0AW/gearbox 0B5.
19. Bolt: only for vehicles with multitronic 0AW/KP 0B5; 9 Nm.
20. Bolt: only for vehicles with multitronic 0AW/KP 0B5; 9 Nm.
21. Cooling system hose: only for vehicles with multitronic 0AW/KP 0B5.
22. Bolt: 9 Nm.
23. Front left coolant pipe.
24. Bolt: 20 Nm.
25. Sealing ring: replace.
