Control unit for reg. seat and steering column positions with memory function
1. Front seat.
2. Pin: for attaching the holder to the seat cushion.
3. Holder: installed in the seat cushion and secured.
4. Used for front. seat and steering column position with memory function: driver's side: used for front. seat and steering column position with memory function "J136", front. passenger: used front seat reg. passage, with memory function "J521"; option with seat heating or a comfortable seat on the driver's side: used left front ventilation. seats "J800" (built-in seat heating function), option with heated seat or comfortable seat on the front side. passenger: used ventilation of the right lane. seats "J799" (built-in seat heating function); connected to the holder.
Removal
Remove the front seat. Secure the front seat. seat in the seat repair holder "VAS 6136". Disconnect plug connections "2...5" from used "1". Unfasten the "arrow" fasteners using the "3409" wedge.
Remove used "1" from the "arrow" clips. Remove the used part, while removing hooks "2" and "3" from holder "4.".
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Make sure that the used seat position adjuster with memory function is fixed on the holder and the fasteners click into place. Please note that the plug connections must be inserted all the way until they click into place.
Electric motor reg. seat height
1. Seat base.
2. Bolts: 2 pcs.; self-locking; replace after each removal; always clean the threaded holes for bolts (for example, using a tap); 10 Nm.
3. Holder: connected with bolts to the seat base.
4. Electric motor reg. seat height: driver's side: electric motor adjustable. height of water. seats "V245", from the front side. passenger: electric motor reg. seat height front. passage. "V246".
5. Bolt: self-locking; replace after each removal; when removing and installing, follow the instructions; always clean the threaded holes for bolts (for example, using a tap); 18 Nm. The bolt has a left-hand thread.
6. Set lead screw: pre-set by the manufacturer; component of the electric motor reg. seat height.
7. Bolts: 2 pcs.; self-locking; replace after each removal; always clean the threaded holes for bolts (for example, using a tap); 28 Nm.
Tilt control motor
1. Seat tilt adjustment system motor: driver's side: electric adjustment motor. angle of inclination of waters. seats "V243", from the front side. passenger: electric motor reg. front seat tilt angle. passage. "V244".
2. Bolts: 2 pcs.; self-locking; replace after each removal; always clean the threaded holes for bolts (for example, using a tap); 10 Nm.
3. Bolt: self-locking; replace after each removal; always clean the threaded holes for bolts (for example, using a tap); 20 Nm.
4. Electrical plug connection of the seat.
Control panel reg. seat positions

Remove the trim from the threshold side. Remove the wire from the holders "6". Disconnect the plug connection "7". Remove the reg. drive. backrest and headrest "3". Remove the reg. drive. seat position "4". Unscrew bolts "5". Remove control panel "1" from the trim on the side of the threshold "2".
Installation in reverse order.
Four-way lumbar support
1. Back frame.
2. Rivet.
3. Plastic washer: Located in front of the lumbar support rivets between the lumbar support holder and the seatback frame.
4. Electric motor of longitudinal adjustment. lumbar support: driver's side: electric motor reg. longitudinal position of the lumbar support of the driver's seat. "V125", from the lane. passenger: electric motor reg. longitudinal position of the lumbar support of the seat front. passage. "V126".
