Constant control
1. Turn on the ignition and turn on and check all lighting equipment one by one:
2. Parking lights, dipped beam, if any, then fog lights, high beam.
3. Front direction indicators on the right and left, as well as an alarm.
4. Rear light, license plate light and fog tail lights.
5. Direction indicators rear right and left, alarm, reversing lights.
6. Brake lights, to do this, ask an assistant to press the brake pedal.
Tip: Attentive drivers check the lighting system on almost every night trip. A failed incandescent lamp in a headlight is noticed by a narrow beam of light in front of the car. In a column, the bumper or paintwork of the car in front often reflects the light from the headlights and front direction indicators. Sitting in a car in front of a light wall, you can also check if two dots of light are visible and if there are orange reflections when the direction indicators are on. A light-colored wall is also best for checking taillights.
