To open the door from the outside, lift the outside handle button in the direction shown by the arrow.

The front doors are unlocked and locked with a key. When the doors are locked, the switch lock button moves up and when locked, it is pressed down.

The passenger door, as well as both rear side doors, can be locked from the outside. To do this, simply press the lock button on the lock switch and slam the door.

The driver's door cannot be locked in this way. This is a safety measure in case the driver leaves the car and forgets the keys.

All doors can be locked from the inside by pressing the lock switch button. As long as the lock switch button is in the depressed position, the door cannot be opened from the inside or outside.

Door lock with heated switch

The lock switch heating is activated when the outside door handle button is pressed. Heating is activated when the outside air temperature is below +5°C. The heating duration is automatically set depending on the actual temperature, but does not exceed 50 seconds.

Holding the door handle in the upper position does not increase the heating time. The heating procedure can be performed again by releasing the button.

Locking the rear doors when transporting children

The rear doors are equipped with an additional lock to prevent them from being opened suddenly by a child while driving. When the lever under the door lock is moved in the direction of the arrow, the lock is activated and the door can only be opened from the outside if the lock switch button is not recessed.
