Check if there is fuel in the tank.
Remove the fuel hose from the fuel pump on the carburetor and lower it into a suitable container. Turn on the starter for a short time, while fuel should flow out of the hose in jerks.
Attention: do not carry out this work near an open flame!
Check the presence of fuel in the float chamber, to do this, remove the air filter and press the accelerator pump. Gasoline must flow into the chamber.
Faulty, clogged accelerator pump / tube - check.
If the float chamber is empty, check the needle valve for sticking, clogging
Check fuel supply pressure. Rated value: 0.35-0.4 bar at 4000 rpm. The return line must be pinched.
Clogged fuel filter (may be icy in winter).
If petrol is not supplied:
Remove supply line to fuel pump.
If fuel flows out there, check the tightness of the pump, it is possible to remove and check.
If fuel does not flow out, remove the fuel line to the gas tank and blow it out.
Check the ventilation of the gas tank, clean it. Faulty or clogged valve
Remove and clean the fuel tank.
