Adjusting the angle of the ignition system breaker cam (Audi 80 B2)

Adjustment is made using the appropriate device.

Connect the control device in accordance with the operating instructions.

Specify the settings of the control device.

Turn on the starter and adjust the angle of the breaker cam, which should be within 44-50°, by changing the gap between the breaker contacts.

Tighten the locking screw 1 (see photo) and check the cam angle value again.
