Instruction. If, during engine repairs, metal chips or wear products were found in the engine oil in large quantities, then the lubrication channels should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid subsequent damage. The oil level must not exceed the maximum mark, risk of damage to the catalytic converter!
Lubrication system:
1. Cylinder block
2. Gasket. Replace
3. Oil filter bracket
4. Bolt. To replace, install the upper left and lower right bolts first, then cross-tighten all 4 bolts. 14 Nm + tighten +90°
5. Sealing cuff. Replace
6. Quick coupling
7. Clamp
3. Oil tank
9. Oil tank cap
10. Sealing cuff. Replace
11. Oil filler tube. To remove, press the oil filler tube into the oil filter bracket and remove the clip pos. -7-
12. Oil dipstick. The oil level must not be above the maximum mark
13. Connecting element
14. Trumpet. Remove to drain oil
15. Oil dipstick guide tube
16. Oil pipe
17. Bolt, 9 Nm
18. Bolt, 9 Nm
19. O-ring. Replace, lubricate lightly with oil for assembly
20. Oil level and oil temperature sender -G266-
21. O-ring. Replace, lubricate lightly with oil for assembly
22. Oil pan. Clean the sealing surface before installation
23. Air guide bracket
24. Bolt, 8 Nm
25. Sealing cuff. Replace
26. Oil drain plug, 30 Nm
27. Bolt, 15 Nm
28. Oil separator
29. Bolt, 5 Nm
