Instructions. If during engine repairs large quantities of metal shavings or wear products were found in the engine oil, the lubrication channels should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid subsequent damage. The oil level should not be higher than the maximum mark, there is a risk of damaging the catalyst!

1. Cylinder block
2. Gasket. Replace
3. Oil filter bracket
4. Bolt. Replace, first install the upper left and lower right bolts, then tighten all 4 bolts crosswise. 14 Nm + tighten by +90°
5. Sealing cuff. Replace
6. Quick coupling
7. Clamp
3. Oil filler tank
9. Oil filler cap
10. Sealing cuff. Replace
11. Oil filler tube. To remove, press the oil filler tube into the oil filter bracket and remove the clamp pos. "7"
12. Oil dipstick. The oil level should not be above the maximum mark
13. Connecting element
14. Socket. Remove to pump out oil
15. Oil dipstick guide tube
16. Oil pipe
17. Bolt, 9 Nm
18. Bolt, 9 Nm
19. Sealing ring. Replace, lightly lubricate with oil for installation
20. Oil level and temperature sensor "G266"
21. Sealing ring. Replace, lightly lubricate with oil for installation
22. Oil pan. Clean the sealing surface before installation
23. Air guide pipe bracket
24. Bolt, 8 Nm
25. Sealing cuff. Replace
26. Oil drain plug, 30 Nm
27. Bolt, 15 Nm
28. Oil separator
29. Bolt, 5 Nm




Mounting position of the oil level and temperature sensor "G266" from 05.2002.
