Removal
Remove the oil pan. Unscrew the bolts "arrows". Unlock the 5 fastening brackets and remove the oil separator. Press the chain tensioner "arrow" down and secure it with the lock "T10060 A".

Caution! When removing the oil pump, leave the oil pump sprocket in the chain. Make sure that the chain does not slip off the sprocket. Otherwise, you will need to re-adjust the position of the balance shaft relative to the crankshaft.

Loosen the bolt. Remove the sprocket from the pump, leaving it in the chain. Loosen bolts "2... 4" and remove the oil pump.
Installation
Installation is in reverse order, replacing the O-ring. Install the centering bushings on top of the oil pump. Mounting position of the oil pump shaft/sprocket: can only be installed in one position. Install the oil separator with a new O-ring. Install the oil pan.
Tightening torques:
- Sprocket to oil pump shaft: 20 Nm + 90° 1)
- Oil pump to crankshaft frame: 20 Nm + 90° 1)
- Oil separator to crankshaft frame: 5 Nm
1) Replace the bolt.
