Fuel filter and additional fuel pump "V393" 1. Holder: for fuel filter and additional fuel pump "V393"; 2. Rubber bushing: fixed to the body; 3. Rubber support: to additional fuel pump "V393"; 4. Additional fuel pump "V393": available depending on design; the direction of fuel flow is indicated by arrows; do not mix up the pipes when connecting; 5/8/10/11/13/17. Fuel hose; 6. Regulating valve: available depending on design; the direction of flow is indicated by the letters "VL", "RL" and arrows; do not mix up the pipes when connecting; 7. Fuel supply line: from the fuel supply module; 9. Return fuel line: to the fuel supply module; 12. Return fuel line: from the engine; 14. Removal the fuel filter



Remove the right underbody trim. Unscrew nuts "1" and "2". Tilt bracket "3" downwards, lift the "arrows" from the body and remove.

Place a tray under the fuel filter. Remove fuel hoses "1" and "4". Remove the return fuel line "3" from the rubber support "2". Remove the fuel filter "5" with rubber supports.

Install



Installation in reverse order, while taking into account the following. The direction of fuel flow is indicated by arrows on the filter housing. Install the right bottom panel. Risk of destruction of the high-pressure pump when running dry. After replacing the fuel filter, fuel lines or additional fuel pump "V393", before starting the engine for the first time, bleed the fuel system. Bleed the fuel system.
