Ignition system 1. Knock sensor I -G61-. contacts are gold plated; 2. Ignition coil with final stage. Ignition coil 1 with output stage -N70-; Ignition coil 2 with output stage -N127-; Ignition coil 3 with output stage -N291 -; Ignition coil 4 with output stage -N292-. To remove, use puller -T40039-; 3. Spark plugs. 30 Nm; 4. Bolt. 20 Nm. The tightening torque affects the operation of the knock sensor; 5. Bolt. 10 Nm; 6. Hall sensor -G40-. Contacts are gold plated; 7. Seal ring. Replace seal. ring if damaged
Removing ignition coils with terminal stages
Remove the engine cover. Unscrew both screws of the connector block. Use a puller -T40039- to remove all ignition coils approximately 30 cm from the ignition coil housing.
Unlock the plugs and pull out all plugs from the ignition coils at the same time.
Install
Insert all ignition coils loosely into the spark plug sockets. Align the ignition coils with the connectors and simultaneously insert all connectors into the ignition coils.
Press the ignition coil evenly onto the spark plugs by hand (do not use percussion instruments).
Removing engine speed sender -G28-
Disconnect el. Connector from engine speed sender -G28- -2- using installation tool -T10118-. To remove the fixation el. plug connection without installation tool -T10118-, use a screwdriver to press in the plug of the engine speed sensor and at the same time lift the release button with a thin bent wire. Unscrew the mounting bolt -1-.
Install in reverse order, taking into account the tightening torque.
