I 1. Charisma "E592" switching module. Installation location: Charisma "592" switching module is installed in the front panel; 2. Used electronic damping control system "J250". Installation location: the electronic damping control unit "J250" is located at the rear in the right side trim of the luggage compartment. When replacing the electronic damping control unit "J250", the standard suspension position must be re-adapted. After re-adapting the adjustment position on vehicles with lane assist, the lane assist control unit "J759" must be recalibrated; 3. Shock absorber with valve for adjusting the rear right shock absorber "N339"; 4. Rear left ride height sensor "G76" and rear right ride height sensor "G77". When removing and installing the rear left ride height sensor "G76" and the rear right ride height sensor "G77" or removing the tie rods on vehicles with electronically controlled damping, the standard suspension position must be re-adapted. After re-adapting the adjustment position on vehicles with lane assist, the lane assist control unit "J759" must be recalibrated. On vehicles with automatic transmission, headlight range control, perform the basic headlight setting; 5. Vehicle acceleration sensor, rear "G343"; 6. When removing and installing the front left ride height sensor "G78" and the front right ride height sensor "G289" or removing the tie rods on vehicles with electronically controlled damping, the standard suspension position must be re-adapted. After re-adapting the adjustment position on vehicles with lane assist, the lane assist control unit "J759" must be recalibrated. Removal the electronic damping control unit "J250"
Used electronic damping control system "J250" is located at the rear in the right side trim of the trunk. Switch off the ignition. Remove the lid of the right trunk compartment. If there is a trailer recognition control unit "J345--1", detach it from the bracket "2". Unscrew the nuts "arrows", remove the bracket of the control unit "2" from the threaded bolts and lower it down.
Release clamps "A" and "B" and remove the electronic damping control system control unit "J250" "1" from bracket "2". Disconnect plug connector "3" and remove the electronic damping control system control unit "J250" "1", Remove the electronic damping control unit "J250" "1".
Installation
Installation is in reverse order, in this case it is necessary to carry out a new adaptation of the control unit of the electronic damping control system "J250".
Removal the front left "G341" and right "G342" acceleration sensor
Raise the car. Unlock and disconnect the plug connector "2", unscrew the nuts "1" and remove the sensor "3" from the bracket "3".
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Please note the following: When installing, take into account the mounting position of the sensor. Install sensor "4" as shown in the figure. Tighten nuts "1" to 8 Nm. Tightening torque of nuts "5": 5 Nm.
Removal the rear acceleration sensor of the car "G343"
Remove the rear left wheel. Remove the rear left mudguard. Unlock and disconnect the plug connector "2". Unscrew the bolts "1" and remove the sensor "3".
Installation
Installation in reverse order. The following must be taken into account: when installing, take into account the mounting position of the sensor. Install sensor "3" as shown in the figure. Tighten bolts "1" to 5 Nm.
