Upholstery and pillows

1. Upholstery.

2. Tie-down wire: inserted into the receiving pocket of the upholstery; fixed with clamp "pos. 3" (for textile upholstery only).
3. Clamp: integrated into the pillow (for textile upholstery only).
4. Clamping strip: fixed with clamp "pos. 5", sewn to the upholstery.
5. Clamp: Covered with foam material in the cushion.
6. Clamping strip: sewn to the upholstery; for attaching the upholstery to the upper frame of the seat base at the rear.
7. ISOFIX child seat anchorages.
8. Overlay: with clamping profile; the clamping profile is sewn to the upholstery; for attaching the upholstery to the upper frame of the seat base from the side.
9. Mounting bracket: for the trim on the threshold side.
10. Pillow: with integrated wire (for leather upholstery only).
11. Cushion bracket: for leather upholstery only; for attaching upholstery to a pillow; replace after each removal; install it in the same place where it was located before dismantling.
12. Clamping strip: sewn to the upholstery; for installing upholstery on the upper frame of the seat base at the front and sides.
13. Upholstery: with cushion.




Removal



Remove the front seat. Secure the front seat. seat in the seat repair holder "VAS 6136". Remove the front backrest. seats. Remove the retaining clip from the sill side. Equipment variant with ISOFIX child seat mounting (only front seat. passenger): Remove the ISOFIX child seat mounting. Unfasten the clamping profiles "3" of the upholstery from the front and side surfaces "A" and "B". When unfastening the upholstery, remember that the hooks "1" of the hanging edge "2" have been released.

Installation in reverse order. Please note that the plug connections must be inserted all the way until they click into place. Connect the battery ground cable with the ignition on.
