Removal and installation of front. wheel arch liner
Front mudguard. the wheel consists of 2 parts, which allows for separate disassembly.
1. Bolt: 2 Nm.
2. Front part of the fender liner: removal; remove the axle joint cover, turn the front. wheel, accordingly, until it stops, unscrew the bolts under the fender liner, unscrew the retainer from the clamps, for example, with a small screwdriver and insert the clamp from the side of the mounting bolts, remove the wheel arch liner from the front retainers. wings and pull down; installation: in reverse order.
3. Rear part of the fender liner.
4. Clamp: 7 pcs. After dismantling the fender liner, the clamps should be replaced.
Unlocking the mounting bracket
To remove clamp "3", unlock release lever "2" with narrow needle-nose pliers in the "direction of arrow A" and press it in the "direction of arrow B" away from mounting pin "1".
Drive shaft lining
1. Front part of the fender liner.
2. Spar.
3. Drive shaft lining.
4. Rear part of the fender liner.
5. Nut: 2 Nm.
Removal and installation of rear. wheel arch liner
1. Rear fender liner: removal: with the rear wheel removed, unscrew the outer bolts, release the clamps from the mounting bolts, and remove the fender liner downwards; installation: in reverse order.
2. Bolts: 2 Nm.
3. Clamp: 9 pcs. After dismantling the fender liner, the clamps should be replaced.
